Delete Your Account

The fastest way is to open the TWO4K mobile app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account and follow the prompts. You can also email us using the address registered to your account.

Please include your registered mobile number and a short confirmation that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

• Your profile, KYC documents, nominee details and app preferences are permanently erased.
• Your digital gold balance, if any, must be sold or redeemed before deletion. We cannot delete an account that still holds gold.
• Active SIPs and standing instructions are cancelled when you confirm deletion.
• You will lose access to transaction history inside the app once the account is closed.

Some records are kept after account deletion because of legal, tax and regulatory obligations:

• Transaction and invoice records for the period required by applicable Indian law.
• KYC verification logs and audit trails for regulatory compliance.
• Any data related to an ongoing dispute, investigation or legal requirement until it is resolved.

Retained data is kept secure, anonymised where possible, and not used for marketing or any purpose other than compliance.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours. After you settle any gold balance and we verify your identity, deletion is completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is finished.
